- When am I charged?
- If you subscribe during your trial, nothing is charged that day: your first payment is on the day your trial ends, and you can cancel before then. After the trial, you pay when you subscribe, then every month or year.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- Pageisle asks you to subscribe to Pro to keep going. Your spaces and files are kept safe, and you can still export them or delete your account.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. Sign up and start building; you only pay if you choose Pro.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Manage subscription in the account menu. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and isn't renewed.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 7 days of your first payment or of a yearly renewal. Refund Policy
- Is tax included?
- Yes. Prices are in US dollars with tax included, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
- Who handles the payment?
- Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, runs the checkout, the tax and the invoices. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
- Is there a plan for teams?
- Not yet. Plans for teams are on the way.
