Terms of Use
Last updated 24 October 2026
The agreement between you and Pageisle: what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Who we are
Pageisle (pageisle.com) is a visual workspace builder run by Hüseyin Yeldan, an individual based in the Republic of Türkiye (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@pageisle.com.
These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Pageisle, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Pageisle.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Pageisle.
- You sign in with Google or with your email and a password. Keep your password, and access to that Google account or inbox, safe: anyone who has them can open your spaces.
- You pick a username (
@name) when you join, and other people may see it. It must not pretend to be Pageisle, our staff or someone else, and must not be hateful or break the law. We may change or remove a username that breaks this, or that we need to keep for Pageisle (for example for an official account); we'll tell you when we do, and you can pick a new one. - You have a public profile at
pageisle.com/<username>, which anyone can open. What you put on it (your name, picture and bio) follows the same rules as your username, and we may reset a picture, name or bio that breaks them. You choose what it shows in Profile settings. - You can block anyone, and report a profile that breaks these Terms. We look at reports and may reset what a profile shows, or suspend the account, as these Terms describe. Please don't send reports you know are false.
- An account is for one person. Don't share it, sell it or sign in as someone else.
- Tell us at hello@pageisle.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Beta, the free trial and Pro
Pageisle is in beta: it is new, it changes often, and things may break.
Pageisle is a paid service. Every new account gets a free 14-day trial of Pro, once per person, with no card needed. After the trial, using Pageisle needs a Pro subscription. Its price and terms are shown on our pricing page and again before you pay; you can cancel at any time, and our Refund Policy says when you get your money back.
Paying for Pro: Pro is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown before you pay, tax included. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders: Paddle takes the payment, handles tax and invoices, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase. If you subscribe during your trial, your first payment is taken on the day your trial ends, and nothing before. A subscription renews by itself at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel any time from Manage subscription in the account menu; Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account cancels your subscription straight away.
Until subscriptions go on sale, nothing is charged, and accounts whose trial has ended keep working as before. We'll tell you in Pageisle before that changes.
When a trial ends without a subscription, Pageisle asks you to subscribe before you go on. Your spaces and files are kept, and you can always export them or delete your account.
One trial per person: a trial gained again through another account may be ended. Your plan has a storage limit, shown in the account menu. We may change limits, add or remove features, or change how Pageisle looks and works.
Streak campaigns: from time to time we may run a campaign that gives accounts on a trial a period of Pro for opening Pageisle a number of days in a row. Each campaign shows its rules and end date in the editor. We may end a campaign early; anyone at least 2 days into their streak when it ends can still finish it. Pro earned this way is one reward per account per campaign, ends by itself after its period, and is refused or taken back if we see it gained through several accounts or other abuse.
Your content is yours
Everything you put into Pageisle (spaces, text, cards, files, pictures and settings) stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, copy it between your devices, back it up and show it to you.
We don't sell your content, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't look at it, except when you ask us to help with a problem, when we must investigate abuse of these Terms, or when the law requires it.
You are responsible for what you upload. Only upload content you have the right to use. You can export all of it, or delete your account and everything in it, at any time from the account menu.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Pageisle to:
- store or share anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- upload malware or anything meant to damage devices or data;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or test, probe or break our security (if you found a weakness, tell us at hello@pageisle.com: we're grateful);
- overload the service, scrape it, or get around its limits with automated tools;
- resell Pageisle or copy it to build a competing service.
Other services inside Pageisle
Some components show or open things from other services. We aren't affiliated with them, we can't promise they will keep working, and your use of them is under their own terms:
- Spotify: you connect your own Spotify account through your own Spotify app. Spotify's terms apply, and some controls need Spotify Premium.
- Finance: prices come from public market sources (Yahoo Finance, Truncgil) and can be delayed or wrong. They are for information only and are not investment advice.
- Netflix: title information comes from JustWatch; opening a title takes you to Netflix. Pageisle is not connected to your Netflix account.
- Weather comes from Open-Meteo, and lyrics from LRCLIB, a community project.
What belongs to us
Pageisle itself (its software, design, name and logo) belongs to us. You may use it as these Terms allow, but not copy, modify or redistribute it.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely, without owing you anything.
Suspending or ending your account
You can stop using Pageisle and delete your account whenever you like.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or when the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to export your content.
If we ever shut Pageisle down, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can export your content.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Pageisle running and your content safe, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise that it will always be available, free of errors or never lose data. Keep your own copy of anything important (the account menu's export makes one).
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost opportunities), or for losses caused by other services, by your devices, or by things outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Pageisle grows. When a change matters, we'll tell you in Pageisle and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on; the date at the top always shows the latest version.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you use Pageisle as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim before the courts or consumer bodies there.
If we disagree about something, please write to us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
